As we do every year, we want to spend the end of the year feeling excited and happy, close out the year on a happy note, and welcome an even more wonderful 2026! Nadia is thinking up various plans♪

Let's start with the special set piece from Topic 1!
This is a piece we've received so many inquiries about. It's a popular piece that's definitely in our top three past performances. I've received so many inquiries, like "Can I take video classes?" and "Can you teach me in private lessons?", that I've had trouble responding, lol.
In 2012, Nadia choreographed "Gawaher" a classic Egyptian Oriental piece by Dr. Samy Farag, an Egyptian composer whom Nadia greatly admires. It has a slightly nostalgic sound, reminiscent of a 80's pop song, and I remember my students back in 2012 being put off at first, lol. They were like, "Isn't it too old-fashioned, lol?" Yeah! I know what they meant! lol.
Nadia herself has danced it in shows some times, and I remember it being well-received. But even more than that, the young students I've taught this piece to have gone on to win awards in competitions, which I think has really added to the piece's prestige. Japanese dancers who saw the video have even made the effort to fly to Singapore to learn the piece.
The dancer's students have gone on to perform this piece and win prizes in competitions in Japan, so it's like a wonderful branching out? It's a miraculous way to see the harmonious growth of this piece.
I've received a request to teach this piece again, so I'd like to share it now as my final piece for 2025, aimed at belly dancers of to-day, 2025.
If you miss this, the next one might be 10 years from now, 2035? omg.... ? Lol. (No, seriously lol)
Even if you can't attend live, I highly recommend taking the lessons through weekly tutorial video.

5th Term 2025:
EGYPTIAN ORIENTAL

Period: Starts October 19th (Sun) - Ends December 14th (Sun)
Choreography and basics will be taught three times a week online (Thursday, Sunday, Monday) and two times a week in the studio (Friday, Saturday), for a total of five days a week. If you miss a week, you can still learn through videos.
Choreography will be completed in eight weeks.
→ Complete one choreography song in eight weeks / Includes audio and eight choreography videos.

■ Online: $250 (2 months) Unlimited lessons
■ Studio: $380 (2 months) Unlimited lessons

The studio is just one bus stop away from Orchard Road. Despite being located in the city, our beautiful studio with pool views and surrounded by greenery makes you feel like you've stepped into a quiet forest. We hold weekly in-person lessons.
Children are welcome to attend.
Two classes are held every Friday and Saturday at 11:00 AM.
60 minutes of basics and 60 minutes of choreography.
For a monthly fee of $380 per term (8 weeks), you can take as many in-studio basic and choreography classes as you like. If you wish, you can also take online lessons (basics, choreography, and yoga). This means you can catch up on classes online or via videos on weeks you can't make it to the studio. The choreography content is the same as the online class.
If you'd like a trial lesson or drop-in, you can sign up for a 60-minute class for just $35. We also sell studio class passes ($300 / 60-minute classes x 10). Please let us know if you are interested.
Price: $300 / 60-minute classes x 10 (10 hours)

NADIA ONLINE's annual belly dance extravaganza takes place in Tokyo in the winter!
You really want to support TOKYO HAFLA, but you just can't make it to Tokyo on the day! Tears. You can't watch it in real time??? Tears... etc. Good news for those of you lamenting this!
Our always-popular TOKYO HAFLA online viewing tickets ($38) will be on sale again this year. The video, supervised by Silk Road Cafe, is so beautiful, it feels even more realistic than seeing it live! (What? Amazing!) The streaming will be valid for one month, so even if you can't watch it in real time, you can enjoy the recording at your leisure later, as many times as you like.
