Hello! ★ This is Nadia. 

What a crazy and very different year 2020 has been for all of us. We've all been challenged, changed, and pushed out of our comfort zones. What's been the biggest challenge and change for you? 

I have only one word in my mind, I do not wish to end up the year of 2020 mentioning that "I did not do anything this year" due to COVID... I think all of us feel the same way too. 

I've been thinking day and night about what is the NEW NORMAL way to produce our dance style in an artistic way, and keep improving each other even in this tough situation. And, yes I still believe there are many more things that we can do by digital. Let me plan well, and produce some digital events in December, and 2021 onwards! 

"NADIA ONLINE" which started during the lockdown in April 2020, has been very well received, I am glad that many people join us every month. In December, I would like to organize some bonus events for everyone! Some special workshops, show, and digital projects will be added with no additional charges. This is a Christmas gift from Nadia to everyone with the feeling of "Thank you again this year".

The contents are as stated below. 

Dec 1-24: Monthly Online Lesson (Basic / choreography / yoga) 42 slots per month

- NEW LESSON in December! -

【NADIA ONLINE - DECEMBER】LESSON DETAILS ★+

I would like to do something special in December, so I made the contents of our online lesson special! A special workshop will be held in mid-December with the popular darbuka player Takseema (from Tokyo) as a guest lecturer. (December 16th and 17th) Since this is a great opportunity, Nadia will choreograph and teach you by selecting "MUKHTAR" from Takseema's songs. There is also weekly choreography video distribution! What I want to emphasize in the lesson is the basics! We will do a lot of various techniques for dancing drum solos from the basic class. Building the foundation will lead you to a "dancer body" that will be useful when you dance any other songs.

In mid-December, at the time of the "Arab Music Rhythm workshop" taught by Teacher Takseema, you will have a little time after the course and have the opportunity to "co-star" with your own live performance with his live drumming. I will set it up. Live performance through ZOOM and "co-starring". This is unique only happening when it is during lockdown. Of course, it's not as good as a live performance, but I think it will be a very special and wonderful time to connect from all over the world and dance live at the same time. I think this year was a year of a lot of patience, but the last lesson in December must a happy feeling, spending time dancing with you favorite musician and wonderful friends, and for yourself. I would be grateful if you could take this as a reward time for you. We look forward to your participation.

【Arab Music Rhythm Workshop】- for super beginners

It is a great honor to welcome Teacher Takseema, a popular Japanese darbuka player living in Tokyo, as the first guest lecturer of NADIA ONLINE. Maybe many of the members are already huge fans of him?

The contents that he will introduce this time are as follows.

 (Content) ▶ ︎Introduction and explanation of typical Arab rhythms (2, 3, 4, 8, 10 beats) used in belly dance and Arabic music. Explanation of each instrument and song type, band organization, etc. in Arabic music, including darbuka, and rhythm composition and patterns based on actual belly dance songs (mejanse, etc.). Since it is intended for super beginners, I will explain slowly from the beginning so that you can understand it even if you do not have knowledge of Arab rhythm or music. We look forward to your participation.

If you have darbuka or Jill (finger cymbals), please bring them with you. If you don't have one, let's use applause instead! At the end of the lesson, we will invite him to perform the December theme song "MUKHTAR" and make time for everyone to dance live together. This is a special workshop for NADIA ONLINE students in December. A luxurious two-day continuous workshop. He will teach you the same content on both days, so even if you can only attend one, no worries as it will be a one-day WS. If you can attend both, please go ahead to master it!

【Bellydancer's Make-up workshop】 - "How to make NADIA's make up?"

Actually, it was a project that I had received inquiries over and over again in the past, but I couldn't feel like holding it. The reason is, yes, I didn't want to be without makeup, so lol. (You understand w) Nadia push herself and finally holds it! Bellydancer make-up workshop "How to make NADIA's make-up". Let's talk about bellydancing girls' "Eyes" issue! Introducing not only how to make smoky eyes, but also "three sacred treasures" to make your eyes look perfect even with regular makeup, as well as makeup tools and cosmetic brands (drugstore cosmetics) that Nadia has been using for many years. .. I would like to tell you about Nadia's Arab-style makeup, especially eyeliner and how to draw lips. Please look forward to it and join us. This is a bonus project for NADIA ONLINE students in December!

【Bellydancer's Flea Market】"Blossoms*Closet" Open!

Finally, the flea market 「Blossoms*Closet」 produced by Nadia will open! Until now, the flea market was held in Singapore only once a year, but from now on, you can enjoy it online at any time. The Instagram account 「Blossoms*Closet」 is a special boutique that only NADIA ONLINE members can enter♪ We will send an invitation to all members on 5 Dec (sat). Please wait for a while until then.

Do you ladies have one too? Costumes and lessons wear sleeping in the back of the closet.? Even if you don't wear it anymore, if you give it to a junior belly dancer who has just started belly dancing at a low price, you will be very pleased. Rather than throwing it away, you can reduce costs by selling it to someone who is willing to use it, clear your closet comfortably, and procuring what you want next in a closet that you can afford. We will make that exchange easy within NADIA ONLINE members. 

From the Nadia closet, you can see the luxury brand costumes that Nadia wore in past shows (Bella, Anastasia, Pauline, etc.), the fashionable lesson wear that she is currently wearing in her lessons, props such as veils, accessories, etc. I would like to hand over dance-related items with a second hand at a price of less than half the purchase price. Looking forward to it!

First of all, as a launch event of  Blossoms*Closet, we will hold an online / offline / hybrid flea market at Raffles Town Club from 13:00 to 15:00 on 12/5 (sat). The number of visitors is limited to 8 people, by reservation only.

This event is limited to NADIA ONLINE members in December. If you would like to participate, please send a message individually. If there are many people, we will create a time schedule. 

All NADIA ONLINE members will be notified by email in December regarding how to exhibit and purchase Blossoms*Closet .

【Online hafla】"Christmas Performance" 

@Goodman Arts Black Box Theatre

Since the lockdown in April this year, all Singapore events have been cancelled! So sad ... 

But I'll do it! 

A lot of beloved students dance the NADIA Choreography that were born in 2020. A fairly luxurious lineup. We will have a wonderful theater, and will be directed by Nadia, and David Goh's camera work, with no audience. There is something you can do because it is a video! So, I am particular about directing 😎👍 The performers are NADIA ONLINE students living in Singapore. Nadia also dances, but the main characters of this event are the students who are seriously learning NADIA works. So, Nadia basically does her best behind the scenes. The video of the live performance without spectators on the day will be delivered live from the NADIA ONLINE official Instagram account 「VELVET ROOM」Please look forward to it!

【IGTV PROJECT】"Digital Recital" on Instagram.

From December 31st, the digital project "IGTV PROJECT" produced by Nadia will be released and activities will start. "A new form of presentation" at Post Corona! We have a platform where you can participate as a "performer" anywhere in the world. Support your friends, be inspired by the dance of your seniors, exchange comments, and have more realistic exchanges than a real presentation! Because of this era, Nadia decided to produce it, hoping to create a space where members can have a warm and wonderful "connection" with each other. From the NADIA ONLINE official account (private account by invitation only)「VELVET ROOM」, we will deliver dance videos on IGTV.

「VELVET ROOM」is a secret room for members only. Of course, since it is limited to women, we will create a space like Harem Palace, which is wrapped in a veil and seems to have a nice scent. We will collect the works that you have carefully danced in this space as if we were collecting jewels. Nadia will take care of all of the video editing, thumbnail design, and digital production, and we will help you to make the danced work even more brilliant. Why don't you join us in warming up this project starting December 31, 2020?

【NADIA ONLINE】★ 12月は特別イベント・ワークショップ盛りだくさん！

こんにちは！★ ナディアです。

毎年12月は日本に帰り、東京でショーやワークショップを行うのがナディアの年末恒例行事なのですが、今年は冬が来ても、日本に帰ることができず、本当に残念な気持ちでいます。

ですが、気持ちを切り替えて、今年はシンガポールより、ナディア企画の年末イベントをオンラインにて、オフライン以上のボリュームと内容でお届けしたいと思います。以前から頂いていた「あったらいいな」の声を拾い、普段のレッスンにプラスαで、ボーナスイベント(ワークショップ・ショー・デジタルプロジェクト）が加わります♪あの素敵なゲスト講師もお迎えする予定！

コロナ禍にあっても、12月はいつもと少しだけ違うことをして、ワクワクするような1ヶ月を過ごし、幸せな気持ちで、皆様と１年を締めくくりたいなと思っています。

12月は何か特別なことがしたくて、オンラインレッスンの内容も特別なものにしました！😊

あの人気ダルブッカ奏者のタクシーマさんを、ゲスト講師としてお迎えしての、スペシャルワークショップを12月中旬に、開催します。（12月16・17日）

せっかくの機会ですので、タクシーマさんの楽曲の中から「MUKHTAR」を選曲し、ナディアが振付をしてお教え致します。振付動画の配信もあり！

レッスンの中で強調したいのは、基礎！です。ドラムソロを踊るための、各種テクニックを、基礎クラスからたっぷり行います。基礎の構築により、他のどんな楽曲を踊る時にも役立つ「踊れる身体」へと導きます。

12月中旬の、タクシーマ先生に教えていただく「アラブ音楽のリズム講座」開催時に、講座の後、少し時間を作って頂き、ご本人の生演奏で「MUKHTAR」を踊れる"共演"の機会を設けます。ZOOM越しでの生演奏と、"共演"。これはロックダウン中ならではのことですね。当然、ライブには敵いませんが、それでも世界中から繋がって、同じ時間に、生演奏で踊ることは、とても特別で素敵な時間になることと思います。

今年は、たくさんの我慢を重ねた一年だったと思いますが、12月のラストレッスンは、ハッピーな気持ちで、憧れのミュージシャンと、素敵な仲間と、共に踊る時間を過ごし、ご自分へのご褒美タイムとして受講くださると嬉しいです。

「アラブ音楽 リズム講座」(内容) ▶︎ ベリーダンスやアラブ音楽に使われる代表的なアラブリズム(2、3、4、8、10拍子)の紹介と解説。 アラブ音楽におけるダラブッカを始めとする各楽器や楽曲の種類、バンド編成等の説明、実際のベリーダンス曲(メジャンセ等)を題材にリズム構成やパターンの説明。 超初心者を対象としますので、アラブリズムや音楽の知識が無くてもわかるように一からゆっくりと説明します。 是非沢山のご参加お待ちしております。

実は、過去に何度も何度もお問い合わせ頂いていた企画なのですが、開催しようという気持ちには、なれなかったんです。理由は、はい、すっぴんになりたくなかったから笑。（わかるよねw）そんなナディアが、重い腰をあげて、ついに開催いたします！ベリーダンサーのメイクアップ講座「NADIAメイクの作り方」。

ベリーダンス女子の、気になる目元事情。スモーキーアイの作り方はもちろん、普段メイクでも目元をぱっちり見せるための「三種の神器」のご紹介と、ナディアが長年愛用しているメイクアップ道具、コスメブランド（ドラッグストアコスメ率高めw）などもご紹介。

一度習えば、一生ものにできるよう、情報をまとめておきます。10年以上前かな？レバノン人歌手のナンシー・アジュラムに心底憧れて、猛練習したナディアのアラブ風メイク、特にアイラインと、リップの描き方を、皆さんにお伝えしたいです。

お待たせしました！いよいよ、ナディアプロデュースのフリマ 「Blossoms*Closet」が開店しますよ！！

これまで、年に1度だけ、シンガポールで開催していたナディア企画のフリマですが、これからはオンラインで随時、楽しめるようになります。

インスタのアカウント「Blossoms*Closet」は、NADIA ONLINEメンバーのみが入店できる特別なブティックです♪ 12/5(sat)にメンバー全員にご招待をお送りします。それまで少々お待ちください。

皆さんも、ありませんか？クローゼットの奥に眠っている、お衣装や、レッスンウェア。もう着なくなってしまったものでも、ベリーダンスを始めたばかりの後輩ベリーダンサーさんに、安くお譲りいただくと、とっても喜んでもらえますよ。捨てるのではなく、喜んで使っていただける方の元へお届けして、気持ちよく断捨離、そして余裕ができたクローゼットに、次に欲しいものをフリマで調達すれば、コストも抑えられますね。


そのやりとりを、NADIA ONLINEメンバー内で、簡単に行えるようにしていきます。

ナディアクローゼットからも、ナディアが過去のショーで着用していた高級ブランドの衣装（ベラ・アナスタシア・ポリーンなどなど）、現在レッスンで着用しているお洒落レッスンウェア、ベールなどの小道具、アクセサリーなどなど、ベリーダンス関連のものをセカンドハンドで、お値段は買値の半額以下でお譲りしていきたいと思います。お楽しみに！

今年は4月のロックダウン以降、シンガポールのイベントの全てが、尽くキャンセル！悲しかった... 。

でも、やりますよ！

2020年に生まれてくれたNADIA作品たちを、愛しい教え子たちが沢山踊ってくれます。かなり豪華ラインナップ。素敵な劇場を貸し切りまして、無観客にて、David Goh氏によるカメラワークと、ナディアが映像監督いたします。映像だからこそ、できることがある！ということで、演出拘ります😎👍

出演者はシンガポール在住の、NADIA ONLINE受講生。ナディアも踊りますが、今回のイベントの主人公は、NADIA作品を真剣に学んでくれている教え子の皆さんです。なので、ナディアは基本、裏方をめっちゃ頑張りますw。

12月31日より、ナディアプロデュースのデジタルプロジェクト「IGTV PROJECT」公開、活動を開始していきます。

ポストコロナにおける「発表会の新しい形」！世界中どこにいても、"出演者"として参加できるプラットフォームをご用意します。仲間を応援したり、先輩のダンスを見て刺激を受けたり、コメントを交換したり、リアルな発表会以上にリアルな交流を！こんな時代だからこそ、暖かく素敵な「つながり」をメンバー同士で持って頂ける空間を作りたいと願い、ナディアがそれをプロデュースすることに致しました。

NADIA ONLINEオフィシャルアカウント(ご招待制のプライベートアカウント)「VELVET ROOM」より、レッスン生のダンス動画を、IGTVにて配信していきます。

「VELVET ROOM」は、会員限定の秘密のお部屋。

当然、女性限定なので、ハーレムパレスのような、妖艶なベールに包まれた、なんだか良い香りがしそうな、そんな空間を作っていきます。皆様が大切に踊ってくださった作品たちを、まるで宝石をコレクションするように、この空間に集めていきます。

映像編集、サムネデザイン、デジタル演出の全てをナディアにお任せいただき、皆様が踊ってくださった作品がさらに光り輝くようにお手伝いいたします。

Hello! ★ This is Nadia. Thank you for taking the lessons enthusiastically. In 2020, almost all of the fun was taken away by COVID-19, however, I sincerely thanks to my students who believe and follow me that I can continue to dance & teach without losing hope. Thank you very much!

What can we do for everyone who has been switching all lessons online since April of this year and is still enthusiastic about practicing? I've been thinking for a long time. 

Online Hafla? Video shooting? Is it possible to create an opportunity for my ONLINE LESSON students to interact with each other? I was always thinking while taking a shower LOL, and wondering if there was a way to do all of that digitally. 

After all, it would be too lonely for us that 2020 to pass without doing anything like this, right? Although it is different from the usual recital, I searched for "what I can do now" as a new normal and thought about how to create and leave our this year's work. 

I would like to hold a small presentation in December. It feels like a digital hafla. We will prepare a platform where students can exchange comments and easily go to see the dances of their dance mates. We will contact you by email soon for all the October NADIA ONLINE participants!

The new choreography we study from October is, modern baladi. We will use the song "Soft Taqsim & Soft Baladi" by Nicholas Kirlis, the son of Mario Kirlis, the master of Arab music in Argentine. As the title says, it feels very gentle and soft. Let's dance together in an Argentine style Baladi with a modern style and feel positive and beautiful energy. 

This will be the last choreography NADIA makes in the year of 2020.

Then, there's the nice news! 

Some offline classes will be back in October. First of all, from the Wednesday night class. 

At the Harmony Studio of Raffles Town Club, I will teach BASIC, CHOREO, and YOGA for 60 minutes each from 18:00 to 21:00. 

Until now, online classes were held only in the morning, but we will take this opportunity to teach Wednesday night classes in a hybrid studio and online. If you would like to come on Wednesday night, please make a reservation and come to the studio. The maximum number of students is eight only, so if you cannot make a reservation, you can take the class online at home. Please message Nadia directly for reservations. You can make a reservation for one month at a time. 

Of course, ALL students are welcome to join online at your convenience on Wednesday night. Until now, even those who could only take classes on Sundays due to work on weekdays will be able to take more classes and dance a lot by having Wednesday night classes. 

Also, will it be easier to take classes from the United States and Europe in a time zone? I can also expect that! :) 

In addition, online lessons so far have held 1 slot 50 minutes class 3 times a day, but from this month, all classes will be held in 1 slot 60 minutes. Plenty of 3 hours. It is enough volume to take only one class of your choice, but for those who want to exercise a lot, by all means, please get along with us for 3 hours! :)

As mentioned above, from October, offline belly dance lessons will be revived once a week. Wednesday night classes will be held at the Raffles Town Club.

2 minutes walk from MRT "STEVENS" station. It is a very convenient place, about 10 minutes by bus from Orchard Road. Upon admission, we will check your body temperature. The studio has been renovated during the CB, and it's a clean studio with thorough ventilation and cleaning, and let's dance freely with new flooring!  

You can use it in the changing room, shower room, sauna, resting lounge, cafeteria, etc. There is usually a $50 admission fee for the first time only, but now NADIA ONLINE lesson students can enjoy the waiver of $50 the admission fee.

There are two types of tickets. $250 (10 hours) or $30 (1hour). It will generate 7% GST. Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Tickets purchased before CB have a frozen expiration date, so please tell us your name at the reception and continue using it! 

For online lessons, the lesson time will be 60 minutes per lesson and the lesson days will increase to 4 days a week, but the price will remain the same! You can take more courses for the same amount as before. 

Let's enjoy this year's last term together. In December, I would like to hold a workshop. The content is currently being planned, if you have any requests, don't hesitate to let me know! 

BASIC CLASS

If you are not taking this basic class, the way you enter the choreography class is completely different. The reason why you started to feel "Oh! My body moves!" is, because you have built up a solid foundation. Continuation is power. Why don't you create a "dancer body" and at the same time aim to strengthen your core and improve your basal metabolism?

CHOREO CLASS
We are instructing NADIA choreographed works with the aim of completing one song in two months. We learn new choreography routines once a week and send you practical videos of the explanations as teaching materials. Even if there are weeks when you couldn't attend the lesson, you are still able to study with video so that all the students will be able to dance one song by the end of the two-month term.

YOGA is the Sanskrit word for "connection" and refers to the state where the mind, body and soul are connected. It combines breathing, posture, and meditation to relieve tension in the body and mind, and stabilise and ease the mind.

Yoga poses which calls "Asanas" have the effect of correcting body distortions, improving flexibility and physical fitness, etc., but combining relaxed breathing and meditation enhances concentration and a gentle and stable mental state. 

The effects of breathing on the body and mind are so deep. The breathing method, which is also the basis of yoga, increases vitality and concentration by controlling breathing, and connects the mind and body. 

It also has the effect that oxygen is sent to each cell and activated from inside the body. By expanding and contracting muscles and deep breathing, the lymph flow and blood circulation are improved, and the internal organs are activated, your body refreshed and comfortable, but it also helps prevent skin aging.

By the end of each lesson, it is impressive that the participants' faces look so refresh and sharp.

Nadia will teach you anything at anytime on your request. She accepts one-on-one private lessons or semi-private instruction. It is also possible to teach the choreography brush-up that you are currently learning in the online lesson, as well as some advise about stage work for your upcoming performance! 【Other】
We do not use any props in October & November choreography class. Please prepare only hipscarf, yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. You will be pretty sweaty! :)

こんにちは！★ナディアです。

いつも熱心にレッスンを受講してくださりありがとうございます。2020年は、楽しみのほぼ全てをコロナに奪われてしまいましたが、希望を失わずに踊り続けられているのは、信じてついてきてくれる生徒さんのおかげだと思っています。

本当にありがとう！

今年の4月より、レッスンの全てがオンラインに切り替えられ、それでも変わらず熱心にお稽古を続けてくださっている皆様の為に何ができるか？と、ずっと考えていました。

無観ハフラ？映像撮影？レッスン生同士が交流できる機会が作れないか？その全てをデジタル上でする方法はないかなと、いつもシャワーを浴びながら考えていました笑。だって、このまま何もせずに2020年が過ぎ去っていくのは、やはり寂しいでしょう？通常の発表会とは異なれど、ニューノーマルとして「今できること」を模索し、今年の作品を残す方法を考えました。

12月に、ちょっとした発表会を行いたいと思っています。デジタルハフラのような感じです。受講者同士がコメントを交換したり、ダンスメイトの踊りも気軽に見に行けるようなプラットホームを用意します。この件、10月レッスン受講者の皆様に、近日中にメールでご連絡させていただきますね！

さて。大変お待たせしました！

10月からの新作振付は、しっとり、優しい感じのモダンバラディを踊ります。アルゼンチンの巨匠、マリオ・キリリスの御子息であるニコラス・キリリスの楽曲「Soft Taqsim & Soft Baladi」を使います。タイトル通り、とっても優しい感じ。アルゼンチンスタイルのバラディを、モダンに、前向きで素敵なエネルギーを感じながら、一緒に踊りましょう。

今年2020年最後のNADIA振付作品となります。どうぞお見逃しなく！

それから、素敵なニュースがあります！

なんと、10月より一部オフラインクラスも復活します。まずは、水曜夜クラスから。

Raffles Town Clubのハーモニースタジオにて、18:00-21:00、BASIC, CHOREO, YOGAを、各60分ずつ、3コマ教えます。これまで、オンラインクラスでは朝クラスのみ開催していましたが、これを機に、水曜の夜クラスをスタジオとオンラインのハイブリットで教えることを試みます。

水曜夜にご都合つく方は、ご予約の上、スタジオにお越し下さい。最大8名までとなりますので、ご予約が取れなかった方は、ご自宅でオンラインで受講して頂けるように致します。ご予約はナディアまで直接メッセージくださいね。1ヶ月分まとめて予約OKです。

もちろんシンガポール以外の方々も水曜夜ご都合がつけば、オンラインでご参加ください。これまで、平日はお仕事で日曜しか受講できなかった方も、夜クラスができることで、受講回数が増えて、たくさん踊れるようになるかなと思っています。またアメリカやヨーロッパからも時差的に受講しやすくなるかな？という期待も込めてます！:)

また、これまでのオンラインレッスンは、1スロット50分クラスを一日3コマ開催していましたが、今月より、全てのクラスが、1スロット60分で開催します。たっぷり3時間。

お好きなクラス1コマのみ受講されても十分なボリュームですが、たくさん運動したい方、4月からずっと受講し続けてくださってる方は、そろそろ良い感じに体が動くようになっていると思うので、是非、たっぷり、3コマ、お付き合いくださいませ！

前述の通り、10月より、まずは週1ペースで、オフラインでのベリーダンスレッスンが復活します。水曜夜クラスは、ラッフルズタウンクラブにて開催します。

地下鉄MRT「STEVENS」駅前、徒歩2分。オーチャードロードからもバスで10分程度と大変利便性の良い場所になっています。入館の際は、体温チェックを行います。スタジオはCB中にリノベーションされ、換気やお掃除も徹底された清潔なスタジオの、しかも新しいフローリングで、のびのびと踊りましょうね！

更衣室、シャワールーム、サウナ、休憩ラウンジ、カフェテリアなど、お使いいただけます。初回のみ、通常入会金$50が発生しますが、現在NADIA ONLINEのレッスン生は、入会金が免除されるように交渉しました！:) 

チケットは、2種類。$250 (10時間分) or $30 (1時間)。7%のGSTが発生します。購入日から3ヶ月有効です。CB前に購入されたチケットは、有効期限を凍結してありますので、受付でお名前をお伝えいただき、引き続きご利用くださいね！

オンラインレッスンにつきましては、レッスン時間が1コマ60分になり、レッスン日が週4回に増えますが、お値段は据え置き！これまでと同額で、さらにたくさん受講していただけます。

この基礎クラス、受講してるのとしてないのでは、振付クラスでの振りの入っていき方が全然違う。「あれ？体が動く！」と感じるようになったのは、コツコツ基礎を積んでいるからです。継続は力なり！ですね。「踊れる体」= 「自由に動ける体」を作りあげ、同時に、体幹強化、基礎代謝アップを狙いませんか？

NADIA振付作品を、2ヶ月で1曲完成を目指し指導を進めています。1週間に一度新しい振付ルーティンを学び、その解説実践ビデオも教材としてお送りしています。レッスンに出席できなかった週があっても、ビデオ学習ができるようにしていますので、受講生の全員が2ヶ月のタームが終わる頃には1曲踊れるようになります。

YOGA CLASS

ヨガとは、サンスクリット語で「つながり」を意味し、心と体、魂が繋がっている状態のことを表します。 呼吸、姿勢、瞑想を組み合わせて、心身の緊張をほぐし、心の安定とやすらぎを得るものです。

ヨガのポーズ（アーサナ）では体の歪みが矯正され、柔軟性や体力が向上するなどの効果がありますが、そこにゆったりした呼吸や瞑想を組み合わせることで、集中力が高まり、おだやかで揺るぎない精神状態を作りだすことができます。深呼吸で心身がリラックスできるように、呼吸が体と心に及ぼす影響はとても深いものです。ヨガの基本でもある呼吸法は、呼吸を制御することで活力と集中力が増し、心と体を結びつけてくれます。また、細胞ひとつひとつに酸素が送り込まれ、体の内側から活性化するという効果もあります。筋肉伸縮と深い呼吸によってリンパの流れや血行がよくなり、内臓も活性化されることで、心身ともにすっきりとした心地よさを得られるだけでなく、肌の老化防止にもつながります。

毎回、レッスンが終わる頃に、参加者の皆様のお顔がすっきり、きりりとされているのが印象的です。

NADIA ONLINE LESSON は、シンガポール在住の日本人ベリーダンサー、ナディアが直接指導するベリーダンスクラス・ヨガクラスです。レッスンは一日3コマ、週4日、月48コマのレッスンをご用意しています。今月から1レッスン60分に拡大しました。ヨガだけを受講される方や、基礎(BASIC)だけを受講される方もいらっしゃいます。

ご自身にあったクラスを、ご自身のペースで受講していただけます。

また、レッスン中の中座・退座も自由です。

振付クラスを受講される方は、基礎クラス(BASIC)との併用をお勧めします。その方が、フィジカル面での理解を深めやすいからです。また、振付クラスで学ぶ振付動画(背面・対面)は週1でメンバー全員に配信され（オンラインレッスン生のみ）、使用する音源も送付されます。メンバー専用チャットルームも開設していますので、そちらで(またはナディアに直接)メッセージをして、質問もしてみてください。レッスンは、英語と日本語の二カ国語で指導しています。

現在、50〜60名程度の方が参加されていて、メンバー全員とコミュニケーションをとり、心地よい関係性を築くことに重点をおいています。参加者はシンガポールのみならず、日本の各地、アメリカやヨーロッパなどからも、時差のギャップを乗り越えて、ついてきてくれている方もいます。皆様いつも本当にありがとう！
